Hi there! My name is Yhalima, licensed Master Cosmetologist since 2013. I specialize in dimensional blonding techniques such as balayage, foilayage & highlights. However I enjoy all forms of color and cuts. I’ve attended and participated in several hands on continued education to stay on trend and to master my craft. My love for the industry evolves with every opportunity. I am most passionate about helping everyone that sits on my chair look and feel on the outside as beautiful as they are on the inside. FYI *Inspiration pictures are just for inspiration, I will try my best to get you to that color/ cut however it’s impossible to guarantee that the color/cut will turn out 100% equal to the inspiration picture. *I try my best to protect your clothing from damaging during the coloring process however sometimes certain circumstances will cause damage anyways. Please be mindful to how you move and position yourself during the service and or bring a extra shirt you don’t mind damaging if you are concerned because I do not replace damaged clothing or items during the service. * Oracle Salón prides on the quality service and excellent customer service. We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the two of the initial service. However certain services such as bond builders, keratin and permanent texture are not adjustable.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
To best serve all of my clients and myself,
I require a minimum 48-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, a credit card is required to reserve any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value.
No call / No show may be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value.

LATE POLICY: Out of respect for all of my clients, guests arriving 10 minutes after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value.
When possible I will do my best to alter your services so that I can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.
